TOSTONES

ROPA VIEJA
Often regarded as Cuba's national dish, is a timeless classic that reflects the heart of Cuban home cooking. Its name, meaning "old clothes" in Spanish, comes from the tender shredded beef that gives the dish its distinctive appearance.
